Content AI Framework Issue

Hi I’m Amos, I’m building an Autonomous Business: a company that scales to $10M ARR per employee with no bloat, no assembly lines, no Cog Culture. Just humans in their zone of genius, amplified by AI agents.
I don't use AI to ‘generate’ content. I use it to amplify my thinking. That's not a semantic difference. It's the entire game.
Most people treat AI like a vending machine: throw in a prompt, get output, move on. That’s what everyone does. And that’s exactly why most content never compounds, most voices plateau, and most posts feel like noise.
But after hundreds of LinkedIn posts and over 10M impressions in 2025, I realized the real secret isn’t in prompts, templates, or tricks. My secret weapon? It’s the philosophy behind the system.
Here’s the meta of it:
1. I engineer context, not prompts
Every conversation with Claude builds on the last. Same project. Same accumulated knowledge. Same compounding understanding of my voice, my pillars, what works and what doesn't.
Most people start fresh every time. That's why their AI never gets smarter.
Mine remembers everything.
2. I stay in the loop - by design
My system forces human decision-making at every critical point. I pick the strategic direction. I choose the narrative arc. I approve the structure before a single word gets drafted.
Claude handles the heavy lifting. But every choice that matters runs through my judgment first.
This isn't AI doing my thinking. It's AI amplifying my thinking.
3. I never repeat myself
I don't dump my entire content strategy into every prompt. I don't re-explain my voice, my pillars, or my perspective every single conversation.
I've built Skills to capture reusable knowledge - content pillars, brand voice, hook frameworks - that Claude pulls from automatically when relevant.
Teach once. Apply forever. That's leverage.
The math doesn't lie: 1M+ impressions monthly. Millions in pipeline. And every piece sounds like me because I never handed over the steering wheel.
That’s the philosophy. That’s the secret weapon.
The actual tactics, the exact Claude workflows, reusable skills, and step-by-step methods, are behind the curtain. They’re what turn this philosophy into measurable results.
If you want to see exactly how it works, you can read the full post or reply to this email and I’ll send you the guide.
Either way, you’ll get a peek behind the curtain at the system that’s driving millions of impressions every month.

Want to stop contributing to the slop? Here's your playbook:
Action 1: Create a dedicated AI workspace for your content. Tomorrow. Stop scattering conversations and start compounding context.
Action 2: This week, feed AI your 5 best posts and ask: "What patterns make this voice distinctive?" Save that analysis. Reference it.
Action 3: Write down your 3 core content themes - the ideas you return to obsessively. That's your first "skill." Now AI has something to build on, not just react to.
